Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using engagementunlimited.ca (the “Site”) and the services offered by Engagement Unlimited, operated by RAH Entertainment Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You shall not post or transmit any material that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any applicable law.

2. Services

Engagement Unlimited provides corporate entertainment, team building, keynote speaking, emceeing, workshops, facilitation, virtual events, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Booking & Payment

Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and specific service details will be outlined in your individual service agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms are specified in each individual service agreement. For online courses and digital products, Engagement Unlimited offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you wish to cancel within 30 days of purchase, contact us at info@engagementunlimited.ca and we will issue a full refund. Cancellation requests must be received within 24 business hours of the 30-day period expiring.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, and software, is the property of RAH Entertainment Inc. and Engagement Unlimited or its content suppliers, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any materials to the Site (testimonials, photos, feedback, etc.), you represent that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such materials in connection with our business and marketing activities. You shall be liable for any damage resulting from infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
