What's the difference between a keynote speaker and a retreat facilitator?
A keynote speaker delivers a prepared presentation — the audience listens and takes something away. How far in advance should we book a Whistler corporate retreat?
We put in at least two pre-meetings before every retreat to really get to the heart of what your team needs, so we recommend booking at least one month out, ideally two to three months. That said, we've been booked a year in advance and a couple of weeks in advance, and we've handled both successfully. Tell us what you have and we'll tell you what's possible.

Yes — and DMCs are actually our most loyal clients. Our three largest repeat clients by total bookings are all Destination Management Companies: they've hired us 225, 117, and 114 times respectively across 34 years. For larger conference retreats at the Whistler Conference Centre or Vancouver Convention Centre, game shows and CSR builds scale up comfortably — multiple simultaneous build stations handle 300+ participants without splitting into separate rooms.
