CSR team building is when your team (of heroes) builds something real — play kitchens for children, Buddy Benches for lonely kids on school playgrounds, care kits, birthday boxes & backpacks — and donates it to an at-risk or at-need community partner at the same event.

We offer five programs: MudPie Kitchens — teams assemble play-kitchen sets donated to childcare centres & family services agencies; Buddy Benches — teams build & decorate benches donated to elementary schools (a child who feels lonely sits on the bench & other kids know to invite them to play); Kindness Kits — teams pack hygiene & care items donated to community partners serving families in transition; Birthday Boxes — teams assemble birthday-party-in-a-box kits donated to children who wouldn’t otherwise have a celebration; and Backpacks for Kids — teams fill backpacks with school supplies donated to children in need.

Every program runs in Vancouver & Whistler; we bring all materials & supplies.

Everything goes directly to a named community partner — at the same event. MudPie Kitchens go to childcare centres & family services agencies. Buddy Benches go to elementary schools. Yes. We run all five CSR programs in Whistler — MudPie Kitchens, Buddy Benches, Kindness Kits, Birthday Boxes & Backpacks for Kids — for groups at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Hilton Whistler & other conference venues. We transport all materials & supplies from Vancouver.

Your team works in small groups at dedicated workstations — assembling, decorating, packing, or building, depending on the program. EU facilitators lead every station from start to finish, so no prior skills are needed and no one sits on the sidelines.

The experience ends with a live community handoff at the same event: a representative from the receiving organization accepts the finished items directly from your team. That moment — seeing exactly where what you built is going — is what makes it land differently than any other team-building activity.

Most programs run approximately 1–2 hours from opening story to community handoff — timing varies depending on group size and which program you choose, but long enough to build something real and short enough to fit inside a conference or retreat schedule.
