Birthday Boxes & Kindness Kits is a CSR give-back corporate team building experience where participants pack themed birthday party boxes and kindness kits for kids, teens & families in need. It’s fully facilitated by Engagement Unlimited and ends with a powerful community handoff.

Birthday Boxes are themed celebration kits packed with cake mix, decorations, gifts, games — everything needed for a successful birthday party and party joy for children & parents in need. Each box supports six kids.

Kindness Kits are thoughtfully curated packs filled with essentials, comfort items & uplifting surprises for kids & teens facing hard times. Each participant builds one kit, creating a personal connection to the community impact.

CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility. In simple terms: it’s a give-back event where your team helps the community while strengthening workplace connection. Birthday Boxes & Kindness Kits make CSR hands-on, joyful & meaningful.
